Privacy Policy
What we collect
Shipment descriptions you submit for an estimate; contact details you voluntarily submit in a quote request or policy-alert form; basic technical logs needed to operate the service.
Where it is stored
Saved estimates are stored in your browser’s local storage unless you create a report link or submit a quote request. Server logs and submitted quote requests are stored on the hosting infrastructure used to operate FOBtoDDP.
What we do not do
We do not sell contact data. We do not use supplier documents for training. We do not ask for bank details, passwords or personal identity documents in the quote auditor preview.
Retention and deletion
Quote requests are retained only as long as needed to respond and keep a commercial record. You can request deletion by contacting the team. Local scenarios can be deleted from the Saved estimates page or your browser storage.
